This past weekend I was fortune enough to photograph the final game of the 2011 Big Ten Men’s Soccer Championship at the University of Michigan. The Penn State Nittany Lions and the Northwestern Wildcats were the two teams competing for the title. It was a very enjoyable game, it was a very windy day but the rain stayed away until after the game! In the end though, the Wildcats came out on top. It is that time of year again. I’m looking back at the past year, thinking of all the good things and the things that need to be worked on in the upcoming year. I have been blessed that once again, my photography opportunities have grown in the past year. I can only hope that this time next year I can say the same thing.
This past year I became the head athletic photographer for my school, and I launched a wedding website dedicated to my wedding photography. Michigan Bucks College Cup
This past Saturday I was able to photograph the 2010 Michigan Bucks College Cup presented by Adidas. It was held at Ultimate Soccer over in Pontiac. The Michigan Bucks are in the United Soccer Leagues (USL) Premier Development League (PDL) and they are the minor league affiliate of the Columbus Crew of the Major League Soccer (MLS).
